Follow Up Fawn is operated by Jacob Steele. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, create a business page, or visit a page shared by a business.

Information we use

When you create an account, we use your email address and an account identifier to sign you in and connect you to your pages. Auth0 handles sign-in. If you choose Google, Google shares your email and basic profile information with Auth0. We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts, calendar, or Drive. We do not receive your Google password.

We store the business details, text, links, colors, and logos you provide, along with your page address, QR identifier, publication status, and account settings. Published page details and logos are public. Do not put private customer information on your page.

We count QR scans and link clicks to show businesses how their pages are used. These are event totals, not unique visitor counts. Our activity events contain a page identifier and action type; we do not add visitor names, email addresses, or IP addresses to those events. Hosting and sign-in providers may separately process IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the service.

Why we use this information

We use information to provide sign-in, publish and update pages, serve logos and QR links, report activity, respond to support requests, and prevent misuse. We do not sell personal information or use Google account data for advertising.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides database, file storage, and activity services. Auth0 provides authentication. Resend is our selected provider for authentication emails. Google provides Google sign-in when you choose it. These providers process information needed for their part of the service and may process it in countries other than your own.

Cookies and browser storage

Authentication providers use cookies and similar technologies to manage sign-in and security. The app holds its access token in memory. Your printable card design preferences are saved in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.

Links to other websites

Business pages can link to booking services, review sites, social networks, and other websites. Opening those links takes you to services with their own privacy policies. Contact links may open your email application. Information you send to a business through those services is handled by that business and the service you use.

Keeping and removing information

We keep account and page information while needed to operate the service and handle support, security, and legal obligations. Taking a page offline does not delete its stored content. Copies may remain temporarily in provider logs, caches, or backups after removal. Ending a paid plan does not take down your published pages; a small Follow Up Fawn link appears at the bottom.

You can edit your page details or take a page offline in the app. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information or account, email the contact below. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Privacy rights depend on where you live.
